We Passed This Way

Holloways created by myriad journeys etching the passing of our forebears into the face of the land. These sunken pathways, sun dappled in the summer and couched from cold winds in the winter. We passed this way celebrates these artefacts of human travels.

The print was selected to be part of the Society of Wood Engravers Annual Show for 2025.

Printed by hand onon Zerkall paper on an 1849 Albion Press from the original engraved block 135mm x 100mm, on Libre Arches mould made paper. In an edition of 125, each signed and numbered by the artist.
