The iconic Chalk cliffs Seven Sisters, formed where the South Downs meet the sea on the Sussex Coast. A slightly unusual view of the cliffs for the equally iconic cottages perched on the edge of Seaford Head. This engraving featured in Viva Magazine's August 2012 edition. I have been asked several times about the book that sits on the window seat. It is in fact an actual book- it is a copy of Eleanour Farjeon's 'Martin Pippin in the Daisy Field' a book of Sussex Fairy Tales- one of which tells the story of how the Seven Sisters became the cliffs we know today.
As with all my engravings it is printed onto a high quality hand made acid free paper this print is in an edition of 50 and measure 140mm x 95mm. Postage and packaging is included within the price
