Winter sun glints through a winter tree on the South Downs.

The title, like many of mine has more than one meaning; not only does the winter pass and warmer days return, but when I sit by my fire I always am amazed that the energy the tree harvested from all those summer days is released in my fire and warms me through the winter too.

Printed from the original block on mould made Zerkel paper in an edition of 125.

Print measures 140mm x 100mm.
